At Familiar Routes, we understand that plans can change. Because each campaign requires advance planning, design, printing, and distribution, we provide a 48-hour cancellation window following payment.

Single Campaign Purchases
Single campaign purchases may be canceled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After the 48-hour cancellation period has passed, the campaign payment becomes non-refundable and Radius Reach may begin preparing the advertisement for production and distribution.

Monthly Campaign Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. Following each recurring payment, customers have 48 hours from the time of payment to cancel that campaign and request a full refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Canceling after the 48-hour refund window will stop future subscription charges but will not cancel or refund the campaign already paid for.

After the 48-Hour Cancellation Period
Once the 48-hour cancellation period has expired, payments for that campaign are non-refundable. This allows Familiar Routes to begin allocating advertising space and incurring costs associated with campaign preparation, design, printing, and distribution.

If Familiar Routes Cannot Fulfill Your Campaign
If Familiar Routes is unable to fulfill a paid campaign and cannot provide a reasonable alternative campaign date acceptable to the customer, the customer will receive a full refund for the affected campaign.

Advertising Results
Familiar Routes provides advertising services designed to increase local visibility and create opportunities for customer engagement. Results will vary based on factors including the business, advertisement, offer, market, and customer response. Familiar Routes does not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, customers, QR-code scans, website visits, or revenue. Campaign performance does not determine refund eligibility.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel a campaign, subscription, or request an eligible refund, contact contact@familiarroutes.org. Refund requests must be received within 48 hours of the applicable payment to qualify.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.

Each Familiar Route campaign includes prominent placement on our professionally designed shared mailer, distribution to approximately 5,000 local households, a custom QR code, a dedicated landing page, and campaign analytics that provide insight into digital traffic and engagement.
